When asked about their headline set on the Pyramid Stage on Sunday (30th June 2013) Mumford & Sons said they feel that they've done 'nothing special' to be headlining the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury. However it was unsure whether or not Mumford & Sons would be playing as their bassist had to have emergancy surgery two weeks ago as he had a blood clot in his brain, which led to them cancelling shows in America, however they did headline the festival.

Sir Bruce Forsyth also played on the Avalon Stage on the Sunday, and he is the oldest act to play Glastonbury over the weekend.

Acts that played over the weekend included headliners The Rolling Stones & Arctic Monkeys, other acts included Primal Scream, Dizzee Rascal, Chic ft Nile Rogers, Portishead, Chase & Status, Elvis Costello, Foals, Example, Two Door Cinema, Club, Public Enemy, The Horrors, Hurts, Crystal Castles, Bastille, The Vaccines, Ben Howard, Professor Green, Rita Ora, Jake Bugg, Alt-j, Alabama Shakes, Maverick Sabre, Gabrielle Aplin, Daughter, Rizzle Kicks, Seasick Steve, Miles Kane, Palma Violets, Billy Bragg and many more.
