2013 Advent Calendar Day 16 - Isle Of Wight Festival WILL Be Showing The Football At 2014 Event

Sorry for the delay on this post.

It has been confirmed that the Isle Of Wight Festival WILL be showing the football (World Cup) at the 2014 event.

During the Isle Of Wight Festival in 2014 the World Cup will be taking place so for festival goers that wish to watch the football this poses as a bit of a conundrum.

But fear not as the Isle Of Wight Festival have sorted this problem out. At the 2014 event there will be a BT Sport Field Of Dreams. In which all of the World Cup action will be screened on the big screens.

When asked the question about the World Cup Festival organizer John Giddings replied with this:
"Yes, we will be showing the football, there will be a BT Field Of Dreams. England's kick off is at 11 o'clock at night but there are also matches on earlier on and we'll screen them too. The Field Of Dreams doesn't have to be football all day long. It's the same idea as last time, but not exactly the same thing."

Here is a list of games that will be shown on the big screens at the festival:
12 June 2014 - Brazil v Croatia
13 June 2014 - Mexico v Cameroon
13 June 2014 - Spain v Netherlands

15 June 2014 - Ivory Coast v Japan
