iTunes Festival - When Festival Fans Will Post & iTunes Festival Line Up

This article explains when Festival Fans will post during the month long iTunes Festival.

Festival Fans will be bringing you pictures and more from the iTunes Festival every 2 weeks.

The line up for this years iTunes Festival is huge and features some of the biggest names in music, including Lady Gaga, Elton John, Katy Perry, Arctic Monkeys, Justin Timberlake, Paramore, Kings Of Leon, Primal Scream, Vampire Weekend, Chic featuring Nile Roger, Ellie Goulding, Rizzle Kicks, Tinie Tempah, Avicii, and many more.

iTunes Festival tickets are FREE, and even better its not to late to apply for tickets, for any of the days in September, to see what days the acts are playing see below; and if you would like to apply for tickets for iTunes Festival 2013 then click here.

Reading & Leeds Goes Down A Storm

Reading And Leeds went down a storm last weekend, which featured headliners Biffy Clyro, Eminem, Green Day.

Biffy Clyro, Eminem and Green Day headlined Reading & Leeds, other acts included Chase & Status, System Of A Down, Nine Inch Nails, Skrillex, Alt-J, Phoenix, Deftones, Foals, Fall Out Boy, Frank Turner, Jake Bugg, The Lumineers, Disclosure, Bastille, Frightened Rabbit, Imagine Dragons, White Lies, Azealia Banks,Kodaline, A$AP Rocky, Magnetic Man and many more.

Eminem headlined the Saturday night at Reading and performed songs such as Not Afraid, Lose Yourself, Survival, Kill You, Won't Back Down, Love The Way You Lie, Sing For The Moment, Like Toy Soldiers and many more. Eminem was also joined on stage by Dido and they performed Stan together.

Green Day headlined the first night of Reading and they performed a 31 strong set, which included songs such as American Idiot, Brutal Love, Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life), 99 Revolutions, Stay The Night, Holiday, In The End, Jesus Of Suburbia, Welcome To Paradise and many more.

Biffy Clyro headlined the final night of Reading 2013, and their set included performances of songs such as Biblical, Black Chandelier, Mountains, Many Of Horror, 57, Skylight, Different People, That Golden Rule, Sounds Like Balloons, Who's Got A Match, Bubbles, Machines, Saturday Superhouse, Stingin' Belle,  The Captain, Modern Magic Formula, and many more.

Reading & Leeds is a unique festival as the acts perform at both Reading & Leeds, hence the name, for example Eminem headlined at Reading on Saturday and then headlined the Leeds site at Sunday.

Katy Perry Confirmed As Final iTunes Festival Headliner

Katy Perry has been confirmed as the final headliner for September's iTunes Festival.

Katy Perry will headline the 30th September 2013, and will be supported by Iggy Azalea and Icona Pop. The iTunes Festival takes place everyday throughout September with different acts performing on each night. Acts that have already been confirmed include:

Lady Gaga, Elton John, Arctic Monkeys, Jessie J, Justin Timberlake, Paramore, Kings Of Leon, Vampire Weekend, Chic featuring Nile Rogers, Robin Thicke, Avicii, The Lumineers, Bastille, Rizzle Kicks, Queens Of The Stone Age, Thirty Seconds To Mars, Jake Bugg, Primal Scream, John Legend, Tinie Tempah, Ellie Goulding and many more.

The iTunes Festival is a FREE festival however you must apply for tickets for the act you wish to see, and you will find out a week prior to the festival if you are lucky enough to get tickets for that act. If you would like to apply for tickets then click here.

Kings Of Leon have closed V Festival 2013 at Hylands Park.

Beyonce Rocks Her European Festival Exclusive At V Festival

Beyonce rocked her only festival in Europe at V Festival last night (Saturday 17th August 2013).

Other acts that performed included The Script, Jessie J, Steve Angello, Two Door Cinema Club, Ocean Cinema Club, Paloma Faith, The Courtneers, fun., James, Deacon Blue, DJ Fresh, Travis, Labrinth, Of Monsters And Men, Maverick Sabre, Mark Owen, Katy B, Gabrielle Aplin, Misha B, Goldie Lookin Chain, and many more.

Beyonce's headline set included performances of hit songs including, Run The World (Girls), Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It), Crazy In Love, Her New Song Grown Women, Party, Irreplaceable, 1 + 1, Love On Top, If I Were A Boy, A Cover of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You and many more.

Today (18th August 2013) all that played at Hylands Park yesterday (17th August 2013) will be playing at Weston Park, and all the acts that played at Weston Park yesterday will be playing at Hylands Park today.

More acts have been confirmed for iTunes Festival 2013.

Acts confirmed are Lady Gaga, The Lumineers, Bastille, Avicii, Chic featuring Nile Rogers, Kendrick Lamar, HAIM, Ellie Goulding, Robin Thicke, Tinie Tempah, Naughty Boy, Dizzee Rascal, POLICA, Phox, Fenech-Soler, Palma Violets, Little Green Cars, The 1975, Drenge, Valerie June, Jimmy Eat World, Janelle Monae, Agnes Obel, The Family Rain, Skinny Girl Diet, Dan Croll, and Lawson.

David Guetta & Calvin Harris Get Oxegen Raving Away

Ireland's Oxegen festival went down a storm when David Guetta & Calvin Harris got the crowd raving away.

Other acts that performed included Example, Chase & Status, Alesso, Snoop Dogg, Labrinth, 2ManyDJs, Nero, Naughty Boy, Rita Ora, Nicky Romero, Pitbull, DJ Fresh, Rizzle Kicks, Wretch 32, Monsta, Devlin, Iggy Azalea, Duke Dumont and many more.

Calvin Harris headlined the Saturday (3rd August 2013) of Oxegen and his set begun at midnight and he then finished his headline set at 1am. David Guetta then headlined the Sunday, closing Oxegen for 2013, his set begun earlier than Calvin Harris at 23.30 and then he finished at 1.15am.

Richard Hawley, Levellers & Labrinth Headline The Main Stage On Friday, Saturday & Sunday Of Camp Bestival 2013

Richard Hawley, Levellers & Labrinth all headlined the Main Stage at Camp Bestival over the weekend 2nd August 2013 - 4th August 2013).

Other acts that performed included Take That's Mark Owen, DJ Fresh, Ash, Heaven 17, The Proclaimers, Billy Bragg, I Am Kloot, The Cuban Brothers, Gabrielle Aplin, Lissie, The Farm, Max Romeo, Kid Creole & The Coconuts, Nik Kershaw and many more.

Richard Hawley headline the Castle Stage (Main Stage) on Friday, followed by Levellers headlining on Saturday, then finally Labrinth closing Camp Bestival 2013, when he headlined the Castle Stage on Sunday night.

However the weekend didn't get off to the start the organisers would've wanted, after Police, Fire Crews, and Ambulances were called to Camp Bestival, after witnesses saw a fireball in the camping area for traders. The fire-fighters believe the cause was a gas leak from a cooking stove cylinder. Two people (A man and a women) suffered serious burns as a results, the women was airlifted to a specialist burns unit with injuries the ambulance service described as 'life changing'. The man was transferred to a nearby hospital to be treated. If you would like to read more on that click here.

With Worthy Farm getting back to normal after last months huge Glastonbury Festival, its no surprise that rumours have already started for next years festival.

Yes that's right, rumours for Glastonbury Festival 2014 have already begun; after last months huge Glastonbury Festival which included the Arctic Monkeys, The Rolling Stones, Mumford & Sons, Dizzee Rascal, Primal Scream, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Vampire Weekend, Portishead, Chase & Status, The XX, Chic ft Nile Rogers, The Vaccines, Jake Bugg, Ben Howard and many more.

So here are the rumours for Glastonbury Festival 2014...
They are:

The dates for Glastonbury Festival 2014 are Wednesday 25th June - Sunday 29th June 2013

Global Gathering Goes Down A Storm

Global Gathering went down a storm last Saturday (27th June 2013), and Sunday (28th June 2013).

Acts included headliners Example, Plan B other acts included Disclosure, Rita Ora, Wiley, Rudimental, DJ Fresh, Nicky Romero, Bingo Players, 2ManyDJs, Afrojack, Katy B, Netsky, Sub Focus, Special Guest Nero, Annie Mac, Delilah, Carl Cox and many more.

Plan B headlined the first night of Global Gathering, which was Saturday 27th June, and then Example closed the Sunday (28th June 2013) when he headlined the Main Stage. There were also special guests that performed over the weekend these included Nero, Gareth Emery, Zedd, Paul Oakenfold, Sander Van Doorn, and Skream.
