The first wave of acts has been confirmed for Glastonbury 2014 and includes some of the biggest names in music.Acts announced include Elbow, Jack White, Kasabian, The Black Keys, Robert Plant, Lily Allen, Lana Del Rey, Skrillex, Blondie, Massive Attack, Manic Street Preachers, Disclosure, Paolo Nutini, Pixies, Ed Sheeran, M.I.A. De La Soul, Rudimental, Kelis, The 1975, Jake Bugg, London Grammar, Bryan Ferry, John Grant, John Newman, Goldfrapp, Annie Mac, Suzanne Vega and many more. They will all join previously confirmed Dolly Parton and Arcade Fire. However the Saturday Night headliners are still yet to be confirmed, Arcade Fire will headline the Pyramid Stage (Main Stage) on the Friday Night, while Kasabian will close the Pyramid Stage on the Sunday night. Which leaves the question where will country legend Dolly Parton play? As it was previously rumoured that she would be the Sunday Night headliner but due to the announcement of Kasabian we now don't know where she'll play.
Skrillex will headline the Other Stage on a day pver the weekend, likewise with James Blake and the Park, and MGMT the John Peel Stage.
Glastonbury 2014 takes place from Wednesday 25th June - Sunday 29th June 2014.

All the tickets for Glastonbury Festival are SOLD OUT and did so in late 2013. However there is going to be a resale of any unsold or cancelled tickets on Sunday 27th April at 9am, and it is obviously expected that these tickets will also sell out very quickly!
